What we provide

Active Business Core provides managed web-presence services under the plans described on our pricing page. Each plan has a defined scope (GBP-Only, Web Presence, Web Presence + Directories, etc.) and a defined price.

Payment

Monthly plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Annual plans are pre-paid. One-time projects are billed at engagement start. All payments are non-refundable except as covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee on monthly plans.

30-day money-back guarantee

Every monthly plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don't love what we've done in the first 30 days, we refund every penny. No setup fee to claw back. No early-termination fee. Cancel anytime.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Your site stays live for 30 days while you decide what to do next. You can export everything (we hand over a static export). After 30 days, the site goes to a holding page unless you've transferred it elsewhere.

What we own

You own: your domain, your website content, your GBP, your customer data, your business information. We own: our internal tooling, our templates, our orchestration scripts. The line between "your" and "ours" is documented in the per-member onboarding.

What we promise

We promise to do the work described in your plan. We promise async-only communication unless you opt in to a call. We promise to ship changes within 48 hours for most requests. We promise the 30-day money-back guarantee.

What we don't promise

We do not promise rankings on Google or any other search engine. We do not promise lead volume, call volume, or revenue. We do not promise AI citation. We do not promise any specific business outcome.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Operator State], USA.
