What we do with your information.

The short version

We never sell your data. We never share it without your consent. We collect only what we need to deliver the service you signed up for. We delete it when you ask.

What we collect

When you submit the free AI Visibility Audit

Name, email, business name, website URL (optional), ZIP code, industry. We use this to deliver your audit and to send you up to 4 follow-up emails over 14 days. After that, you can stay on our weekly newsletter or unsubscribe with one click.

When you become a member

Name, email, business name, billing information (handled by Stripe - we don't store your card), website URL, login credentials (handled by Appwrite Auth), Google Business Profile access (if applicable). We use this to deliver your monthly plan.

When you use our site

Self-hosted Matomo analytics at analytics.activebusinesscore.com. We track page views, referrers, and basic interactions. We do not track you across other sites. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

What we don't do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We never use it for advertising.
• We never train AI models on it.

How long we keep it

Member data: as long as you're a member, plus 30 days after cancellation (for site-park grace period), then deleted.

Audit data: 2 years, then deleted (so we have a record if you come back).

Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

• Access - email us and we'll send you everything we have on you.
• Correction - email us and we'll correct it.
• Deletion - email us and we'll delete it.
• Export - we can hand over your data in JSON.
• Opt out of emails - one click in any email.

Cookies

We use one first-party session cookie for login. We use Matomo's first-party cookie for analytics. We use Altcha's first-party cookie for spam prevention. No third-party tracking cookies.
