Why we don't do calls by default
Most agencies treat a sales call as the default first touch. We don't. For a U.S. solopreneur, a 30-minute discovery call is a real hour taken off the business - off billable work, off family, off sleep. We respect your time.
Instead, we work async. The audit is written. The change queue is written. The change log is written. Everything we do leaves a paper trail you can read at 11pm when the kids are asleep. That fits how you actually run a one-person business.
That said: sometimes a 15-minute call is the right move. You have specific questions. You're evaluating us against another vendor. You want to talk through your segment before signing up. The form below is for those cases. We'll show up, answer honestly, and let you decide.
