What we do
A five-step project. Most GBPs are live and verified within 7-14 days, depending on Google's verification queue.
1. Verify or claim
If your GBP is unclaimed, we walk the Google verification process (postcard, phone, or video - whichever Google requires). If it's already claimed, we request manager access from you.
2. Rewrite the description
We rewrite your business description in your voice, with the keywords real customers search for and the service-area language that helps Google Maps pick you up.
3. Optimize categories, services, attributes
We pick the right primary and secondary categories. We list every service you actually offer, with descriptions. We set the attributes that matter (women-owned, wheelchair-accessible, online estimates - whatever applies).
4. Seed Q&A and hours
We pre-populate the most common customer questions and your best answers. We lock down hours, special hours, and the appointment / messaging links.
5. Hand back full ownership
You get full manager access. We send a written walkthrough of what we changed and what to do next (post cadence, photo uploads, review response style). Then we're done.

Is this a subscription?
No. One-time $397. After handoff, the GBP is yours to run. If you want ongoing management, see GBP-Only ($99/mo).
How long does it take?
Most projects are wrapped in 7-14 days. The bottleneck is usually Google's verification queue (the postcard or video step), which we can't speed up.
What if my GBP is suspended?
GBP Setup & Refresh assumes a non-suspended or unclaimed profile. If yours is suspended, we treat reinstatement as a separate project - reach out via the contact page.
Do you post or respond to reviews after handoff?
No - that's the subscription side (GBP-Only). The one-time project hands you a fully set up profile and a written playbook for what to do next.
What if I want both setup AND ongoing management?
Take GBP-Only ($99/mo) instead - the first month covers the same setup work and you stay on for ongoing posts, replies, and monitoring. Usually a better deal.
Do I own the GBP afterwards?
Always. You have full manager access from day one. We don't keep our access after handoff unless you ask us to stay on as GBP-Only.
