What the score means
The composite score is on a 0-100 scale, weighted by surface importance for your trade. For local service and trades, Google Maps carries the heaviest weight (because that's where buyers find you). For creators and service-based businesses, ChatGPT and Perplexity carry more weight (because that's where buyers ask first). The weights are visible in the breakdown.
Low scores aren't failure - they're a to-do list. Each surface that scores below 60 has specific actions attached: claim your GBP, fix a directory listing, structure a service page for AI citation, etc. Most scores move 15-30 points in 90 days when the actions are executed.
