What does 'web presence' actually include?
A real domain you own, a real site that sounds like you, an about page, a services or case-studies page, a contact page, hosting, SSL, monthly upkeep (we ship changes you request), and an AI-visibility layer (we do the work that makes ChatGPT/Perplexity citation more likely). All in one monthly fee.
I already have a Squarespace. Do I need to scrap it?
Not necessarily. The audit will tell us whether your existing Squarespace can be optimized or whether starting fresh makes more sense. Most of the time, starting fresh in our system is faster than trying to bend Squarespace to do what we need.
How fast can you have a site live?
Two weeks from intake to live site, typically. We do a 30-minute intake call, build the site, write the copy, and ship. You approve throughout.
Do I get the source files if I cancel?
Yes. We hand over a static export of the site. You can host it anywhere - Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Pages, your own server.
What if I need a feature you don't offer?
We scope it. Custom work is project-based (we quote hourly) and is built on top of your monthly plan. Most features we can do; some we can't. We'll be honest upfront.
How do changes work?

Do you promise I'll rank on Google?
